Where does the money from my sales go?

Straight into your Mercado Pago, Stripe or dLocal account. Fanz never holds your revenue: our fee is settled separately and you access your money on your processor's schedule, not ours.

Do I need to code or have a technical team?

No. The panel is built for the producer, the box office or whoever runs your Instagram. And if you get stuck, Fanzly (our assistant) and the support team are on WhatsApp 24/7.

What does it really cost?

8.26% per ticket sold. That's the only charge. No setup, no monthly fee, no paid modules: every tool on this page is included at any volume.

If you're above 40,000 tickets a year or need custom integrations, we put together a 1:1 enterprise plan. Message us through the WhatsApp button and we'll sort it out the same day.

What about the buyer fee my current provider charges?

Accepted Answer

You decide: absorb the fee, pass it on to the buyer or split it. Fanz gives you control over the final price, and the checkout shows everything transparently so you don't lose conversion.
