The Challenge
UNAJE is Argentina's most federal, multi-sector young-entrepreneurs organization: over 500 under-45 company owners generating 35,000 direct jobs. Its events are its flagship product — the Switchear summit at La Rural, which in its latest edition joined the Ibero-American Forum with 800+ leaders from 17 countries, plus federal gatherings like Liderando Futuro in Tucumán. Yet that agenda sold through Eventbrite: the institution promoting business professionalisation used a generic marketplace, with its brand diluted, its community's data in third-party hands, and no way to tell a UNAJE member from a general attendee. In front of the country's most demanding audience, the box office didn't live up to the message.
The Solution
Today eventos.unaje.org.ar is the digital home of the whole agenda: its own domain, logo, tickets and institutional mailing, from the La Rural summit to the smallest federal gathering, all on one platform. Member-exclusive tickets live next to general ones on the same page — each with its own access and price — and ballrooms with corporate tables sell on a 3D reserved-seating map, so every company picks where it sits. AI marketing segments the way the organization needs: members, non-members, province, event history — with cart recovery and invitations that reach exactly who they should. An AI agent answers 96% of registration enquiries at any hour, escalating to the team only the cases that need them. The community now lives where it belongs — in UNAJE's own CRM — and sales grew 42%.
